Just some more information as to what a shower of shit Easyspace are. My cousin has just called me to advise that her website has been deleted by EasySpace "accidentally". Apparently, they failed to move all customer accounts across correctly from Internetters to Easyspace and so just deleted her entire site. And of course, there is no back up. And of course, they're prepared to accept no part of the liability as their terms state:

"3.29.2 You additionally agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the applicable registry administrator and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of, or related to, your application for and registration of, renewal of, or failure to register or renew, a particular domain name."

You can now complain about a company who uses unfair SEO tactics and selling routes. Click on to http://www.econsumer.gov/english/index.html - the site is recommended by Google. Lodge your complaint with them TODAY.

I have received a number of telephone calls recently. Apparently, UFindUs and Easyspace are still up to their old tricks, but get more aggressive than ever before.
