Hi there Ritchie,

I have recently left Iomart technical support, after working there for a few months. I would be extremely happy to do anything i can to help you with any details about the company & its dealings, I'm planning on going over my contract in the next couple of days to make sure that their can be no legal threat from the company before I start giving you this information.

I will be extremely happy to answer any questions and await your reply.

Editors note: I've made contact.

Hi there

Just wanted to say well done for your website and encouraging people not to give up, we were ready to give up and put down to experience, but after reading your website etc I battled on, found 3 high up contacts emailed them direct threatening to write to all our customers and local papers etc, eventually 3 months down the line I have received our £376 back and have successfully cancelled with this company.  I can't believe how many complaints there are on blagger.com and how many people have been ripped off, it really is shocking.

I have never known a company like this - all I can say is what an experience!

Regards

Tara Quinn

> Hi Ritchie

> Just a big pat on the back for you really, I worked for Iomart for a grand total of 4 days !!!, I could not believe that an office could be like that, I am quite an intelligent person who worked for the local newspaper in sales and was used to high pressure and deadlines but to go into an atmosphere where as every time somebody got a so called sale they would all bang on the desks not unlike a tribal ritual was pathetic, hard sell was not the word.
>
> I ended my employment by literally not returning however was myself bombarded with phone calls and letter demanding to know why I had not returned, they even had the cheek to send me a questionnaire to enquire as to whether I had found alternate employment which incidentally at the bottom asked if I would consider returning !
>
> I have since found more suitable employment and would urge that your campaign continues, I cannot believe that a company with so many underhand and devious selling tactics can still be up and running, lets hope the bubble for Iomart soon bursts.
