As far as my comments are concerned: I did fax you countless times without getting responses all of which I have copies of. I did have to hold for lengthy periods of time to get support which is well documented on my phone bill.  I was sometimes faced with bad mannered phone support which I could not prove as every time I called and informed you staff I was recording the call, they just hung up on me. I did fax customer complaints and was NEVER called back. Any court in the land would perceive this as poor customers service, of that I am 100% certain.

Any attempt to down this page will be resisted.

I am not using the name of iomart or Rapidrank to make money.

I am not using a domain name which you could have used to make money.

I uphold my right to free speech and any attempt to pursue me through the courts will be strongly resisted.

I have no assets, I have no savings. I am not committing fraud just posting a site as a source of reference.

You claim to provide a service, I claim along with many others the service is not as you describe and is flawed.

Any attempt you may make to stop this campaign will be treated as an infringement of my human rights and may result in any such case being taken, by myself, to the European Court of Human Rights.
